ศิริพร ชลัทท์มันน์ เชียงใหม่

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) at TU Dortmund University, Germany, and a lecturer at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, Thailand. My research focuses on Work-based Learning and developing effective pedagogical approaches for it. I gained valuable experience in TVET through various roles. I worked as a research assistant on a German-funded project focused on improving Thailand's TVET systems. In Thailand, prior to my doctoral studies, I also served as a lecturer and the Head of the International Relations Office at College of Integrated Science and Technology (Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna), while contributing to a pilot project for vocational education collaboration with industry. My multilingual fluency (Thai, English, and German) allows me to bridge cultures and contribute effectively to the international TVET landscape.
